Sometimes, I may come across technically perfect images which, somehow, do not make me feel involved. Special processing, even if only a few light touches here & there, always contributes to the necessary feeling. Thus, blurry images evoke a sense of enigma, and textured ones, -- not too overloaded with textures though, but having 'em in right amount, just enough to make a picture talk...
