✎ Just fry in olive oil (i use ghee) the desired quantity of stoneless grapes ( i was lucky to get really big ones!) until they are warm, or slightly cracked and start produce liquid, add some coriander seeds to your taste. Then load this all onto a plate mixed with brinsen cheese cut into cubes and decorate with tarkhun leaves. The dessert is ready!
